Apologies for not being at your meeting - however the Police Operation today did catch a particularly violent offender 'we' have been searching for the past few days. Now the paperwork really starts!

I have attached a single page (powerpoint) of the West Area of Wellington showing where the current offending is.

Wadestown has had 3 Thefts from vehicles and 1 Burglary. This is for last week only and the format, after being requested for ages, is finally being sent to me so that I can share the visual information with you.

I'm happy to say that there is another Neighbourhood Support Group starting for a group of houses between Barnard Street and Anne Street.

The nights are getting darker and wetter. Please think about your vehicle and if the visible contents are advertising that your car is a target to thieves.Cars get broken into because something inside the vehicle has attracted an offender. 'Out of sight - Out of mind' does work.
